What’s On Your Plate?

Exercising contributes about 30% of losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight; what we eat accounts for 70% of what we look like.  It’s important to make healthy choices about what we put on our plates.  We should make changes that are realistic.  For example, instead of fasting for a month, start off slow with smaller increments.

I started with one day of detox.  Vegan Comfort offers 1-3 days of ready-made meals to help you detox.  The food was delicious, and so it made it very easy to do it for one day.  I’m definitely going to try this again, and may increase my days.
