DRESS FOR SUCCESS

Wearing one of the outfits I made using the current sheer touches.

I was super excited to become a mentor in the Women2Women Mentoring Program, Dress For Success. I volunteered to become a mentor to young women finding their way into the work force. My business and fashion experience will be shared to help my mentee be successful in starting her career. The program focuses on professional and career development with feedback and support. I’m looking forward to working with my wonderful mentee Emile. Teaching young women how to dress appropriately for the business setting is something I always wanted to do.

All mentors received a book, Leading From The Front.

Congrats, I’m sure it will be a very rewarding experience! Is it mostly during the week or can people volunteer during the weekends as well? Please keep us posted on your mentee’s successes!
