I enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at the Halls of Ancient Egypt exhibit at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
I chose this outfit because it would be comfortable and stylish for the museum, and lunch afterwards with my daughters for Mother’s Day.
I paired a striped top for $7 from Forever 21 with a Rachel Roy knit skirt. A black knit skirt is a must to have because it can paired with so many different kind tops to make the look casual or dressy. The sandals are trendy, flat and comfortable to tour the museum, and keep the outfit casual. The necklace is a great accent piece from Chloe Dao.

Who says middle age women can’t wear clothing from Forever 21? I picked this jacket up for my trip to Chicago for $29. It is the perfect light-weight cover up.

This is one of my favorite parks because the trees are absolutely wonderful in their magnificent glory!
