SOULFUL SEAMSTRESS

I promised you guys a peek at what I make from the fabric I bought in the fashion district when I went to New York this summer.  I was super excited to find this faux stretch leather.  It is perfect for fluctuating waistlines, such as mine.  I decided on a skirt and top with flair sleeves for comfort.

I also made a African print clutch that accents this or any outfit.  I love adding African print to western style clothing.

I added this Peter Pan collar made with African print to make the outfit interesting and unique.

This outfit was very easy to make because I stayed with a simple silhouette. The fabric does most of the work.
