H-TOWN FASHION FRENZY

Houston and I make a great fashion combo!  This city is offering more and more opportunities to check out fashions. Fashion HTX put on a show that looks to be a preview or countdown of the much-anticipated annual fashion week. No matter how old I get, I continue to be a fashion junkie. The fashion show was held at a mid-town night spot called Cle’, which has a cool, hip ambiance.

I wore a ,printed, sheer silk kimono that I made from the fabric I picked up when I was in New York this summer.

I wore the kimono with a simple tank top and skinny knit pants. I actually got the choker from a second hand shop.

Many runway designs are usually impossible to wear; but here are some of the beautiful designs that I would be able to wear.

Getting ready before the fashion show next to my inspiration of my mother’s fashion drawings.

These designs are fabulous , but I couldn’t wear them,  I appreciate the design esthetics though.
