HEALTHY EATS

Eat your way to good health! The latest outfits are great, but being healthy is fabulous.  As I mature, eating healthy is extremely important for me to attain a body, mind, and spiritual balance.  I do have my urges and have slip-ups, but I self-correct and enjoy making vegetarian recipes.  I often read books to keep me on track, and keep my kitchen stocked with healthy choices.

 Be creative, break away from the norms of how we grew up eating.  Include more veggies and fruit.  If that’s difficult for you or you don’t have the time, drink them in a smoothie any time of day.  Plant a garden in your backyard or on your balcony for fresh, organic vegetables.  Here’s to good health ladies.
