HEALTHY EATS
Eat your way to good health! The latest outfits are great, but being healthy is fabulous. As I mature, eating healthy is extremely important for me to attain a body, mind, and spiritual balance. I do have my urges and have slip-ups, but I self-correct and enjoy making vegetarian recipes. I often read books to keep me on track, and keep my kitchen stocked with healthy choices.

I read this book for holistic healing and try to cut down on medications if possible.
