SUMMER FUN
I enjoyed part of my summer going back home to Chicago. Chicago is a wonderful place for historical architecture, tasty eats, beautiful lake front beaches, and so much more. I visited the old and new library. I saw a very spirited live show at the famous Second City Theater. I visited the famous Art Institute of Chicago and caught a stimulating Gordon Parks exhibit. I took in the sites downtown and experienced so many changes the city has done for tourists. I really enjoyed going to the 63rd street beach to reminisce and see young children finally getting a chance to enjoy hot weather. Before leaving, I experienced several Black owned restaurants, yum!
Women of substance who love to experience life love to travel.

I’m wearing the summer dress I made in front of the old Marshall Field Department store.

Chicago boasts many wonderful restaurants. This French eatery was wonderful for authentic French cuisine.
