The glamour and romance of Oscar de la Renta is opulent and fabulous. I was very excited to go to the must-see fashion experience of the season at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. The exhibit celebrates the illustrious life and career of the renowned fashion designer, Oscar de la Renta. There are numerous ensembles specially chosen by Andre’ Leon Talley, lead curator and former editor-at-large for Vogue, that highlight five decades of recurring themes, including the influence of Spain, Russia, China, Japan, and the garden on de la Renta’s designs.
Fashions like his are timeless classics that exude glamour and sophistication that women of substance can appreciate. His fashions are also versatile, that younger women can also style his fashions to compliment their looks. Oscar makes women look marvelous!!
