Real estate investing my new way of making money that I have been training for. I made this opportunity work for me by not giving up, learning the business, networking and saving money.

This project required a lot of work that at first look, appeared very overwhelming. My partner and mentor assured me that the work was doable and our plan was to finish everything in six weeks.

Practically everything needed to be ripped out. The cabinets and appliances were out of date and needed to be replaced. The rooms were small, as they are with most older homes. The plan was make an open floor plan that is popular for space and to entertain and move around.

You have to look pass the damage and imagine a new vision for the house. Hiring a good contractor will be able to estimate the cost to repair and replace. Then determine if you can make money after repair with the after repair value of the home.

We gave the house a wide open living area. Installed new floors and painted the fireplace and beams with contrasting accent colors. The stairs leading to the upstairs game room were renovated.

Look how beautiful the kitchen came out, wide open and full of space. The numerous new cabinets installed give plenty of storage for anyone who loves to cook and entertain. The kitchen has plenty of light with three windows (good bones).

The wood flooring extends throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bath has double vessel sinks installed. This gives the bathroom a more elegant look. A barn door is a unique look for closure.

It gives me pride to share with you the possibilities of wanting something and making it possible. I’m not going to lie, it required a lot of work and time. I made a decision to take a chance and gamble on myself and it paid off. I made money from the deal and am looking forward to my next deal. Make those money moves$$
